Ford Price is co-founder and Managing Partner of Price Edwards & Company. In that capacity he is responsible for the overall growth, direction and profitability of the commercial real estate services firm. Price Edwards & Company was founded in 1988 and has grown to become the most recognized commercial real estate firm in Oklahoma. Through its Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices, it manages roughly 100 office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the state, as well as in Texas, Kansas and Arkansas. The firm also has leasing and/or sales listings on another 200 properties. It has closed over $5 billion in real estate transactions. 

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he directly oversees the firm’s office and investment sales divisions to assure all leasing, sales, property management and construction activities are effectively protecting and enhancing the value of all client owned commercial assets. The firm has worked with some of the largest and most sophisticated clients across the United States over his 35 year commercial real estate career. He has personally handled over 100 investment sales transactions for a variety of institutional, corporate, and local commercial real estate investors. He has also served as court appointed receiver on numerous office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets on defaulted loans ranging from $1 million to $95 million for banks, life insurance companies and pension funds. 

Current and past board position include the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Central Oklahoma where he also served as chairman, St Anthony Hospital Foundation, Church of the Servant, the Downtown Business Improvement District where he also served as chairman and Downtown OKC, Inc. 


Carl Edwards

Carl Edwards is a partner of Price Edwards & Company, the largest Oklahoma-based commercial real estate service company. 

Carl serves as Chairman of the Presbyterian Health Foundation, a local foundation that owns and operates a $100+ million bioscience research park at the OU Health Center. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust.  Carl is also a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Oklahoma Metropolitan Area Public Schools Trust (better known as the MAPS for Kids Trust).  

Carl's other involvement includes:  Member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and Chairman of the Technology Transfer Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of i2E, Member of the Board of Directors of Downtown OKC, Inc., President and Chief Executive Office of Oklahoma Business Roundtable, Past Chairman of Board of Directors of Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and presently, a member of the Executive Committee, Member of the Advisory Board of Directors and Past President of Leadership Oklahoma City, Advisory Member of Board of Trustees and Past President of Board of Trustees of OKlahoma Health Center Foundation.

Jim Fiedler

Mr. Fiedler is responsible for the accounting and reporting function of all Price Edwards & Company portfolio assets. Manages an accounting and information systems staff of approximately 15 people. His experience includes meeting reporting requirements of a variety of clients including institutional owners, corporate users and local investment groups. This experience includes oversight of the budgetary, expense recovery and tax preparation processes. Through his experience he has developed a wide range of expertise in leading industry software, including Skyline, Argus, AMSI, MRI and Timberline.

In addition to providing services to portfolio clients, he is also involved with the reporting and tax compliance functions of the corporate entities, Price Edwards & Company and PEC Investment Properties, LLC. He is also involved in oversight and day-to-day administration of the information systems staff, including the companies' web strategies, implementation of the web based work order system, the local area network strategy and implementation.

Jim also serves as instructor for the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) courses in accounting and real estate finance.

Sharon Banta RPA

Ms. Banta began her career in 1995 with Great West Management. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of commercial asset management. She currently holds a licensure as a Real Estate Broker in the state of Oklahoma. In addition, she holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). Her experience has included the management of retail, industrial, residential, and office properties. Her extensive experience has taught her how to effectively meet the needs of both client and the tenants. She prides herself in her ability to retain the value of each property for the owners without sacrificing services to the tenants. Sharon manages for both institutional and local owners. Sharon currently manages over 660,000 SF including the Bank of Oklahoma Plaza, which is a 240,000 square feet, Class B building in downtown Oklahoma City.

Monte Choate

A native Oklahoman, Mr. Choate has been with Price, Edwards and Company, in the Engineering Department for over 11 years. He is the Director of Engineering and currently oversees the daily engineering of approximately 35 commercial properties and 15 engineers. His Department is responsible for all maintenance issues and the extensive preventative maintenance program, along with energy usage monitoring. He holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Mangers Institute (BOMI).

Cindy Rodriguez

Cindy is responsible for the supervision of all staff and accounting functions relating to the multifamily and retail properties managed by Price Edwards & Company. Prior experience includes chief accountant for Edwards and Company, and Controller for Gibraltar Properties, Ltd. Her duties include the responsibility for the day-to-day accounting needs of the partnerships, preparation of financial statements, partner assessments, etc.

Eve Patterson

Ms. Patterson graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1973 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Education. She has been employed by Price Edwards & Company since 1988. She is currently a property manager in the Retail Division, managing several retail and industrial properties. In addition, she is the Price Edwards contact person for North Academy Home Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Parker Crossing in Plano, Texas. Ms. Patterson is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation, to include rent collections, tenant relations, construction supervision, reporting requirements and budget preparation for these properties, which total approximately 700,000 square feet. She is a licensed real estate sales associate and a member of ICSC.

Kathi Risk

Ms. Risk came to Price Edwards & Company in early 1998 from Insignia Commercial Group, Inc. where she worked as a Senior Property Manager. Her 26 years experience in the commercial real estate profession includes specializing in management, leasing and brokerage. Ms. Risk has concentrated her career in management but works closely with the leasing agents. She has supervised tenant improvement projects with values up to $700,000. Risk is currently responsible for managing over 1,500,000 square feet of property for clients of all types. Ms. Risk is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. in Finance and Management. She is included in Who's Who of American Woman, Who's Who of Emerging Leaders, and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Commercial Real Estate Council. Ms. Risk is a licensed real estate associate in the State of Oklahoma.

Jim Swenson

Swenson has been a property manager in the Retail Division for Price Edwards since 2008. He was previously employed by The Macerich Company for 24 years, serving as Senior Mall Manager at several regional shopping malls throughout the western United States. Later, Swenson was employed as Regional Manager for Midwest Mall Properties overseeing enclosed malls in Colorado, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Business Management. Swenson holds the CSM designation from the ICSC.

Rosha Wood

Rosha joined Price Edwards & Company as a Commercial Broker Retail Specialist in April 2015. She specializes in Retail which includes Landlord/Tenant representation and  Retail Development. Before joining Price Edwards & Company, Rosha started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates. During her time at CBCHA, she was selected by CBC Corporate to represent the Midwest as the Regional Business Development Manager for Realogy’s Global Client Solutions team. She had the privilege of working in corporate services with nationally recognized retailers, such as Orange Leaf in franchise development and Advanced Auto Parts in dispositions. Rosha earned many accolades during her time at CBC which include; Top Producer for 2014 along with receiving the President’s Award for 2014 as she completed over $3million in transactions in her first year of her career. 

Rosha attended The University of Northeastern Oklahoma for a time with a focus on Business/Marketing and was a statewide ranked tennis player in the USTA league. She is continuing her education as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Oklahoma City Chamber, and NW OKC Chamber.

Ms. Sesock oversees the operations within the Multifamily Division, and is accountable for the district managers, as well as training, marketing, leasing, auditing and budgeting for all multifamily properties within the Price Edwards and Company portfolio, and is actively involved in the development of new business.

Her career represents over 35 years of extensive experience in all phases of multifamily and mini warehouse property management, including construction punch, new community lease-up, rehab and feasibility studies with owner affiliations that include individual, institutional and receiverships. She has served as President of the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma, and carries a CAPS (Certified Apartment Supervisor) and NAA Lyceum designation through the National Apartment Association

Sharon Clark
Senior Regional Manager, Multifamily Division

With over 30 years’ experience in the apartment industry ranging from new construction to rehab, supervises the management and operations of apartment communities. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, is licensed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission as a Sales Associate and is HCCP certified. Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company, she was employed by A. G. Spanos Construction in the position of Regional Manager overseeing their Oklahoma operations.

Vickie Higgins has been in property management for more than 30 years. For the past 25 years, she has been involved or responsible for the supervision of Affordable Housing Credits in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Iowa and Kansas. She has been a vital part of the development, construction, leasing and management of more than 15,000 apartment homes. She holds the highest level of achievement in the Affordable Housing Section 42 designation of HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional). She is an industry-recognized training professional in all areas of management, leasing, tax credit and other Affordable Housing programs.

Vickie has served as President of the AACO (Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma) and was honored by the AACO in 2011 winning "Regional Manager of the Year."

Patty Countz
Training Coordinator/Regional Manager, Multifamily Division

Patty Countz has been involved in various facets of the real estate industry over the past 30 years. Her past experience as an on-site multifamily property manager and training coordinator, and financial accountant, brings a wealth of experience and education to her current position as a Regional Manager and Training Coordinator. Her duties include the supervision of specifically assigned communities, training, financial reporting, on-site auditing plus all aspects of site management.

Patty has been serving as a board member for the AACO (Apartment Assocation of Central Oklahoma) since 2014. She was honored by the AACO in 2015 winning "Behind the Scenes Professional."

Tana Mundinger
Controller, Multifamily Division

Tana Mundinger is responsible for multifamily financial reporting. She is also responsible for overseeing the coordination of the information systems to gather data from site properties to the home office, as well as the computer conversion setup and training of the on-site staff. Her duties also include auditing, overseeing payables, and trouble shooting for computer software problems and training. She has also received her certification for Tax Credit Specialist for low-income housing. Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company, her positions held within Walter Duncan, Inc. included tax accountant and later transferred to head the accounting department for a newly purchased computer networking sales and service company. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Panhandle State University. She also holds a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University.
