Ford Price is co-founder and Managing Partner of Price Edwards & Company. In that capacity he is responsible for the overall growth, direction and profitability of the commercial real estate services firm. Price Edwards & Company was founded in 1988 and has grown to become the most recognized commercial real estate firm in Oklahoma. Through its Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices, it manages roughly 100 office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties across the state, as well as in Texas, Kansas and Arkansas. The firm also has leasing and/or sales listings on another 200 properties. It has closed over $5 billion in real estate transactions. 

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, he directly oversees the firm’s office and investment sales divisions to assure all leasing, sales, property management and construction activities are effectively protecting and enhancing the value of all client owned commercial assets. The firm has worked with some of the largest and most sophisticated clients across the United States over his 35 year commercial real estate career. He has personally handled over 100 investment sales transactions for a variety of institutional, corporate, and local commercial real estate investors. He has also served as court appointed receiver on numerous office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets on defaulted loans ranging from $1 million to $95 million for banks, life insurance companies and pension funds.

Carl Edwards

Carl Edwards is a partner of Price Edwards & Company, the largest Oklahoma-based commercial real estate service company. 

Carl serves as Chairman of the Presbyterian Health Foundation, a local foundation that owns and operates a $100+ million bioscience research park at the OU Health Center. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust.  Carl is also a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Oklahoma Metropolitan Area Public Schools Trust (better known as the MAPS for Kids Trust).

Jim Fiedler

Mr. Fiedler is responsible for the accounting and reporting function of all Price Edwards & Company portfolio assets. Manages an accounting and information systems staff of approximately 15 people. His experience includes meeting reporting requirements of a variety of clients including institutional owners, corporate users and local investment groups. This experience includes oversight of the budgetary, expense recovery and tax preparation processes. Through his experience he has developed a wide range of expertise in leading industry software, including Skyline, Argus, AMSI, MRI and Timberline.

In addition to providing services to portfolio clients, he is also involved with the reporting and tax compliance functions of the corporate entities, Price Edwards & Company and PEC Investment Properties, LLC. He is also involved in oversight and day-to-day administration of the information systems staff, including the companies' web strategies, implementation of the web based work order system, the local area network strategy and implementation.

Jim also serves as instructor for the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) courses in accounting and real estate finance.

Craig M. Tucker

Mr. Tucker serves as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards & Company. His primary responsibilities include the supervision of the brokers within the Office/Industrial Division and actively marketing all office buildings for which the firm has responsibility. As one of the most active office building brokers in Oklahoma City, Tucker has represented various landlords in successfully negotiated transactions with such notable firms as Unocal, American Airlines, Ford Motor Credit Company, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Hewlett–Packard, UBS Paine Webber, Aetna Insurance and Prudential Healthcare, as well as numerous local and regional firms. In his thirty-three years of experience, Tucker has represented such landlords as John Hancock, The Hartford, Travelers, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Zurich and Mass Mutual.

In the aspect of tenant representation, Tucker has represented such national tenants as Alltel Information Services, Cabot Corporation, Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, American General Fire & Casualty, Employers Casualty Company, Grant Thornton, Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Tronox and Chesapeake Energy Corporation as well as numerous local and regional companies and law firms. Mr. Parrack joined Price Edwards & Company in 2007 and heads the firm’s Retail Division. The division encompasses management and brokerage activities for over 50 shopping centers in Oklahoma and North Texas.  Parrack is actively involved in overseeing all management and leasing efforts of the firm’s retail building portfolio to ensure asset protection and enhancement of client owned properties. Susan Brinkley

Ms. Brinkley has been with Price Edwards & Company since 1994 and has worked in commercial real estate since 1983. During this tenure, she has been essential in the leasing of shopping centers throughout Central Oklahoma. Between 2010 - 2011, Susan Brinkley leased approximately 1.5M sf generating over $17.5 M in lease revenue and $3.25 M in sales completing 110 transactions.

Everest Ernst

Mr. Ernst joined Price Edwards in June of 2006 after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Everest became a part of the retail division in which he is responsible for the marketing and leasing of various retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. Mark Patton joined Price Edwards & Company in 2010. Chris Roberts joined the industrial team of Price Edwards & Company in June of 2015 and has been responsible for the sale or leasing of over 325,000 square feet of industrial space in and around the greater OKC area.  Before joining Price Edwards & Company Chris had over a decade of customer service and sales experience gained thru work in the wine and spirits industry in Oklahoma, Chicago and California.  He most recently worked for Paragon Brands, a local wine and spirits broker, and maintained over 300 accounts in Oklahoma.  Chris was also one of the first employees of the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2008 and helped assist the initial ticket request list and sale of 13,000 full season tickets and later served as a season ticket account manager for three seasons.

George Williams joined Price Edwards in January 2015 after 13 years at Dell Inc. in a variety of sales and sales management positions. As part of the retail division, George is responsible for marketing and leasing retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. George possesses strong, decisive, and collaborative leadership skills, with a proven sales ability to assess client needs; establish rapport, build trust, and close deals.

Leasing is a business of relationships. George is able to assist our clients by leveraging his extensive network of retailers, developers, landlords and brokers. George has demonstrated success across all property types, including neighborhood, community and power centers, single-entity, mixed-use, lifestyle and urban properties, as well as development and redevelopment projects.  George believes that the best mix of dynamic anchor tenants, complementary retailers and service providers plus the careful selection of outparcel users create synergy, define the personality of each property, and provide the opportunity to realize maximum achievable rents, mutual goals and profitability.

George is a CCIM candidate and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Council, and the Chainlink Advisors Young Brokers Council.

George is a graduate of Baylor University.

David has over 15 years in the real estate industry, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily housing projects and multifamily site selection. Recognized as a leader in the industry and based on his experience in the Oklahoma multifamily industry, David has been the guest speaker at various events throughout the state and served as the moderator for several industry panels and forums. David has personally been involved in multifamily and land transactions totaling more than $500 million throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

In addition to being Price Edwards & Company’s multifamily Broker, David Dirkschneider is the Director of the TCN Worldwide Multifamily Group, one of the top commercial real estate organizations in the world consisting of more than 1,500 brokers covering over 200 markets globally and with over $75 billion in annual transactions.

David Dirkschneider brings a unique level of experience in the multifamily industry. Before getting into the brokerage business, David worked as a general manager for one of the largest privately owned multifamily investment companies in Oklahoma, with assets over three hundred million dollars. He was responsible for oversight on every aspect of their operations; from construction on rehabilitation projects to the day to day activities on all properties. How that benefits David’s clients, is he knows what to expect and look for in finding the right deal. He can look at an apartment complex and see things the ordinary eye cannot. When working a financial analysis on a property, he can see where value can be added or where there may be an overstatement on income projections. Clients have been able to put their trust in David knowing he can consistently provide them with the results they expect.

David has committed himself to this community and has proven so by his public service. David serves or has served this community by serving on various boards, committees, trusts, and councils. In addition to serving three consecutive terms as a city councilman he serves or has served on the following boards and committees:

In addition to the boards and committees, David is an alumnus of Leadership OKC, a member of Oklahoma City’s Commercial Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute and serves as a volunteer for YMCA’s high school mentorship program called Y-Achievers.

Before joining Price Edwards & Company, David was the Vice-President for the local branch of a major commercial real estate company and was named as rookie of the year in 2007 recognizing his achievement as the top producer for the state of Oklahoma, a title he held for multiple years.
